Gives guidelines for better communications with all the Organization's publics, with a chapter for smooth on-the-job communications. Explains the role, the importance and the proper positioning of the PR function in relation to Marketing, Human Resources and all other functions.
The "oldest" of our workshops but still one of the most demanded. Teaches how to juggle the different variables that MUST be taken into consideration IF we are to get what we need. Focuses on strict planning, avoiding traps, knowing how to handle obstacles and places an emphasis on the three principles that, if we do not observe them, we risk leaving with our hands empty.
This is one of the "key' manufacturing techniques developed by "the Japanese". Its objective is to increase plant productivity by reducing the time-wasting procedures still found in modern-day manufacturing facilities, substituting them by streamlined changeover workflow.
