A comprehensive group of Consulting Programs for a wide range of Organizations
For may years we have assisted for- and not-for profit Organizations in the process of improving their operations.
Sales, quality, productivity and control have been they key areas of interest.
And, ALL OF THEM have shown significant improvements.
We borrowed the name from the star that guided ancient navigators. since it was (almost) due north, it provided a reference point to help find the right direction.
Polaris is our most ambicious program, since it analyzes all areas in an organization, so that the Key Executive can have a quick and comprehensive view of how all areas are working. He then can plan and execute all necessary changes.
Enterprise scorecard
Using state-of-the-art "Business Intelligence" tools, we design scorecards for all levels in the organization, so Managers and supervisors can make the day-to-day decisions BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
Lagging and forward indicators are incorporated in the four "dimensions" of a Scorecard that is updated WHEN NEEDED, using the RAW DATA in diverse databases, so filtering and embellishment of the information becomes almost impossible.
Quality
From being merely "meet the standard", quality has evolved into a tool to compete in an ever-demanding marketplace.
We at MCI view quality from the three modern points of view, three "technologies" that hace to be tailored to a particular organization's objectives, market standing and vision.
Gaia
This program takes its name from the Greek Goddess of earth, according to the Greek mithology.
Our aim is to determine the impact an organization's day-to-day operations have over the environment.
We evaluate the gaseous, liquid and solid effluents with the objective of eliminating or reducing as much of the deleterious effluents as possible, there fore reducing pollution, waste and costs.
That is exactly what we want to build. A shield that protects:
1. The workers against the risk of losing limb or life and
2. The organization, against the risk of losing assets (tangible, such as plant and/or equipment, and intangible, such as goodwill).
Our program has been built using both the American and British standards. It gives the organization an index that is easy to incorporate in the improvement program.
